Set List: Everything Glorious (David Crowder* Band) Worship Medley (Arranged by 7|22) Came To My Rescue (Hillsong United) The Stand (Hillsong United) Weekend number two under my belt and it was an amazing weekend.  We did an acoustic set with Rob, Sarah and Myself.  God's presence filled the room quickly and it was tangible and thick as He stirred our emotions towards Him in a very intimate way.  I love wild, crazy, energetic praise, But I personally love intimate worship more.  God really move close to people and draw them close in those intimate times of worship!  I love how God shows up and shows himself to people!  That is the thing I love to see as a worship leader... Gods presence coming in ad changing everything.   Scott's message was amazing and was one of the huge reasons Kristy and I decided to come to Resonate!  We talked about Family Legacy which is a huge thing at Resonate.

Set List: Life Is Highway (Rascal Flatts) Happy Day (TIm Hughes / Kristian Stanfill version) Beautiful Jesus (Kristian Stanfill) Lead Me To The Cross (Hillsong United / 7|22 version) From The Inside Out (Hillsong United) This weekend was my very first weekend as the Creative Arts Pastor for Resonate Church .  It was amazing to look back to our journey here and see God bring everything together.  It was awesome being on stage and having a huge sense of wow, God you lead us to the right place.   So this weekend we were in the middle of a vision series and we were talking about being "Radically Connected" together.  Here at Resonate being involved in Life Groups and doing life together is the highest value.  We had an amazing time getting to be "Radically Connected" together with God. We had an amazing time of Responsive Worship (communion & offering).  God really showed up in an awesome way and I am very excited about being a part of Resonate.

Now that we are officially Washintonians and have a home in Buckley Washington let say me say that we love it.  However I could tear up easily thinking about our aweseom family and friends back home.  I miss my mom terribly... more than I can really describe and all though I sound like a momma's boy that is fine with me because I am a mamma's boy.  We absolutely love it here though.  I love the people of Resonate... I love my staff team and I love my worship team.  Tonight I had my first worship practice with my new team and it went great!  I am so thankful God really went before me and prepare the way for all of this.  The journey here was really hard but being here is amazing and God is really blessing things for us like crazy.   As we continue to adjust to everything please continue to check up on my blog I will post as often as I can.  I want to do it every day but during this transition it might only be a couple times a week. So continue to check in and I will give you mor...

NEW CHURCH! ARE YOU SERIOUS....

So, one of my favorite teachers of all time and probably the most well known worship leader in my generation are starting planting a new church in Atlanta, GA.  It is going to be called Passion Church.  You can listen to Louie's description and heart behind the new church on the new Passion Podcast.  So the Senior Pastor will be Louie Giglio and one of the Worship Pastor's will be Chris Tomlin.  Chris has already resigned as the worship Pastor at Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas.  Also joining the team and new current residence of Atlanta is Matt Redman and Christy and Nathan Nockels.  Wow, what a worship team they will have.  I can't really even fathom this.  All I know is I have to attend one Sunday! Where does a church plant with this staff start out at?  10,000 people?  Who know's.  My friend Scott Hatfield said the other day at lunch that he doesn't think they will need to send out flyers to let people know about the church. All I have to says is ...
