For the past three weeks we have used video teaching from Francis Chan at Cornerstone Church is Semi Valley. This series has been very powerful and is so practical to our lives. He released a half album with fellow worship leader from IHOP Matt Gilman called "Holy" a while back and this is Cory's first full solo album. The worship time was energetic, yet intimate. I felt the spirit of the Lord was moving among us, as we came together to worship, thank, and glorify our father. The message was also very encouraging. We listened to Francis Chan talk about joy. He talked about how we worry, and stress about so many things that are out of our control. Worring robs us of our joy. My favorite line was "Go out and play, and let me take care of your problems." We can have total joy when we release our problems and fears to our Father. He desires us to have total freedom, and we can only experience that when we give him our stress, worries, and problems. ~ Rob Sherrod
