This was my official last weekend at the Vineyard.  It has been such an amazing blessing to me there... WOW what a great church.  The people there truly have the anointing of GOd on their lives.... so encouraging.   This week Ryan Martin spoke about following Christ ad doing it afraid.  So many times we are called out and it is scary but it is so much better when we do it afraid.  In my worship set I wanted the people to experience God's love and Grace and truly celebrate the Cross and the Salvation that it brings.  It was truly a great time of allowing God to love on all of us! SET LIST: Salvation Is Here (Hillsong United ~ Kristian Stanfill versions) I Adore You (Phil Wickham) Your Love Is Everything (Chris Quilala) How He Loves (John Mark McMillian ~ Kim Walker versions) Amazing Grace My Chains Are Gon e (Chris Tomlin) Now off to Seattle... YAY Resonate here I come!

Well I am going to try something new.  I am going to weekly post my set list of songs that I did the previous weekend and just put my thoughts down about the weekend journey as a whole.   So right now I am still an Independent Contract Worship Leader for the VIneyard in Cincinnati, Ohio.  It is an amazing church with the most amount of talent that I have ever seen at a church It is truly remarkable.  There are numerous students who write there own material and have recorded multiple albums!  My experience so far there has been amazing and I am so thankful for the time that I have spent there. The weekend Mat Milthaler spoke and he talked about "The Big Mo".  Which is forward momentum. He talked about how for us as christian to do the things that God has called us to do that we have to have forward momentum in our lives to complete those things.  He used and acronym to describe what he meant.  The acronym was D.R.I.V.E. (devotion, reading, investing, visioning, exercising).  I...

I get a Worship Leader magazine once a month.  I really enjoy it, but most of the time I don't invest much in reading the articles.  But this time something really struck me and I really wanted to read it.  It was an article called Follow The Leader.  This article talks about as worship leaders our number one job is to be a follower of Jesus. I know for me I know that this is true but a most of the time I think about being the best worshiper / worship leader I can be instead of follower.  Yeah, they are close but they aren't the same.  I also know that a lot of the time I feel like I lead worship and make things happen on my own.  Because of my skill or my sound or the songs I pick.  I feel like all worship leaders struggle threw that sometimes.  After I read this article it was like a light bulb came on for me.  Something made so much sense...  It is humbling and it was an amazing feeling and realization. Have you ever had you child come into the room while you trying to work ...
