This weekend we looked at a story about Moses that most people don't tend to think about. Moses is a major part of the Old Testament and the history if Christianity. When we think of Moses we think of his birth and being sent down a river to avoid certain death. We think of the ten commandments. We think of Charlton Heston. We think of parting the red sea. We think of how God used him to deliver the Israelites out of the hand of Pharaoh. But we don't think about the 40 years he spent from age 40 until he was 80 running and hiding in the dessert. Being a church plant and a very young church it is a special occasion when we have a full band and this weekend we did. We also have begun to add and have more and more new musicians and vocalist which is an awesome gift from God and the growth He is giving this church. I am grateful for our rich time with the Lord Sunday. I really sensed God's presence and I was overwhelmed with the thought of how much joy God takes in His children delighting in Him.
