Here are some ideas to help us have a Christmas On Another Level this year...
  • Donate blankets to a homeless shelter.
  • Make cookies for all your neighbors and wish them a Merry Christmas.
  • Buy gifts cards and gave them to people who needed them.
  • Babysit for a family or single mom for free!
  • Donate clothes, coats or boots to Lion’s for Kids Club.
  • Decide to help a needy child through Compassion International (www.compassion.com) or World Vision (www.worldvision.org)
  • Buy a couple pizzas and take them to a local hospital for those who were spending Christmas in ICU or ER.
  • Donate toys to Toys for Tots.
  • Donate can goods & food to local food banks.
  • Go out and eat and buy someone’s meal.
  • Tip a waiter/waitress 100% of the check.
  • Put up Christmas lights for a neighbor or elderly.
  • Visit the local nursing home.
  • Donate money to a local animal shelter.
  • Make cookies for the local fireman and police department.
  • Buy someone’s Starbucks who is behind you in line!
  • Write a thank you letter to your teacher at school!
  • Buy food for a fellow co-worker.
  • Buy a Bible for a friend.
  • Make a warm meal and invite some friends over.
  • Write an email to someone that I’m thankful for.
  • Help a single parent buy Christmas gifts for their kids.
  • Help someone with car trouble.
  • Help sponsor an Angel Tree child.

  • Check out Rapha House (Human trafficking) at (www.raphahouse.org)
  • Help out some Haitian Missionaries (www.nwhcm.org)
  • Take dinner to a friend who’s had a tough time.
  • Made Christmas cards as a family for people working on Christmas.
  • Give blood at the local blood bank.
  • Donate money to the Salvation Army.
  • Buy a meal for the Salvation Army bell ringer.
  • Invite someone over to hang out that has family out of town for Christmas.
  • Clean someone’s house or do yard work for a family that’s in need.
  • Mend a broken relationship.
  • Fill up a stranger’s gas tank.
  • Make a gift package to a needy college student.
  • Take a family to Zoolights at Point Defiant Zoo.
  • Donate stuff to Goodwill!
  • Give gift cards to someone who lost their job.
  • Donated money to Breast Cancer (www.5.komen.org)
  • Sell something and give the $ to the charity of your choice.
  • Pay for a US soldier’s dinner.
  • Have your children go through their toys and help them give them away to Lion’s for Kids Club.
  • Buy someone’s Christmas tree.
  • Help out someone who’s flying home to visit family.
